Kenton Black Finance are delighted to work with an established, very friendly financial firm in Dumfries seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator for an office based role. The successful applicant will ideally possess end to end payroll processing experience within either a practice accountancy/bureau or inhouse payroll role in another industry, processing payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly and monthly basis.

**Your New Role as Payroll Administrator**:
You will be undertaking full end to end payroll duties within a small payroll team of 5, processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via IRIS/EARNIE for a varied client portfolio from 1 Director to 20 employees (system training provided) This role offers a varied, interesting client workload within a friendly team based environment.

**Day To Day Duties**:
Duties will include but not limited to:

- Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via IRIS/EARNIE (training provided )
- Auto enrolment pension contributions
- Inputting payroll
- Dealing with HMRC queries, RTI and client queries
- Processing new starters/leavers, P45/P46's
- Dealing with SSP/SMP.
- Payroll administration duties.

**Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply**:
This is a great opportunity for a Payroll Administrator with previous full end to end payroll processing experience, ideally with an accountancy/bureau background, or inhouse payroll experience, to join a very friendly and stable financial firm that offers the chance to undertake your CIPP qualification.

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
