Training on each and every aspect of the role will be given by one of our experienced Supervisors or Managers. We want you to grow with us and enjoy the journey.

**What will you be doing?**

Starting your working life at Whitbys you will be working side by side with one of our trained Supervisors/Managers following our one to one training program to get you trained to be the best

Upon training completion you will be integrated into the team; working with a brigade of 8-12 chefs on shift, serving a full menu of dishes into our 150 cover restaurant and one of the busiest take away facilities in South Yorkshire. Its an enjoyable job, working with a fantastic team in a fast paced kitchen.

**Hours**:

- _**Full Time hours**:_ 30+ hours per week, usually 3-4 days over a week, _**including weekends and holiday cover**_
- _**Part Time Hours**:_20-25 hours per week, 2 and a half days, _**including weekends and holiday cover**_
- Shift hours between 9:45am - 9:30pm.

**Rate of pay**: Trial rate starts from £8.95-£9.50 depending on age. Upon successful trial, £10.50 regardless of age **+ Tips**

**Benefits** : Paid holidays, all uniform is provided, tips shared equally between all staff monthly.
