This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our Chesterfield office every Tuesday, and one further day per week.

As a Governance & Integrity Administrator, you will support the performance management and financial data transactions for the fleet/property and facilities management elements of the reporting hierarchy. You will be responsible for SAP transaction processing and reporting. The role will be reporting to the Governance & Integrity Analyst.

This is a Hybrid Working Role with a requirement to attend our Chesterfield office every Tuesday and one other day per week.

**About the role**

You will process the project updates utilising the relevant transactions in SAP project systems to ensure that project/ programme dates and all financial data is accurate and relevant, thereby assuring the accuracy of project financials (actuals, forecasts, accruals, disposal proceeds) impacting upon the P&L. Alongside this, you will be responsible for raising purchase orders, processing invoices and dealing with queries. You will also produce and distribute reports to meet required timescales.

You will ensure all responsibilities have been carried out each week / period in accordance with Line Managers direction.
