MuoviTech is a world-leading company manufacturing products and systems for geothermal energy. We have our own factories in Sweden, Finland, Poland, Holland, UK and Norway.

The MuoviTech group is a complete manufacture of collectors, manifold chambers, pipes, valves, pipe fittings, equipment, brine among other products. Everything required for simple and flexible installation, long life maintenance to create geothermal energy from the ground.

Due to the business growing in the UK we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking person to run our pipe winding machine and plastic heat welding machine within our factory on the outskirts of Blackburn. This is a full time permanent role Monday to Friday 8am to 17.00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the days programme paperwork to understand the customers orders and specification.
- Setting up the pipe winding machine with 2 or 3 large coils of pipe to feed into the winding machine.
- Coil the pipes together and band up
- Remove the coils of pipe off the machine and stack safely
- Setting up plastic heat welder machine to temperature once daily checks are done
- Using the plastic heat welder to join weights and shoes to pipe ends
- Moving the finished products to storage area with FLT
- Keeping working area’s clean and safe

What we are looking for

This is a physical role, so you need to be physically fit.

Hold a Fort Lift Truck license

Attention to detail and able to find any issues with our high quality products so they don’t go out to customers if they are not up to our high standards

Prior working in a factory environment in understanding working to deadlines

Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Adhere to Health & Safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Having a minimum of 4 GCSE’s including English and Maths to understand calculations of lengths of pipe on a drums.

There are opportunities here to progress within the factory and gain new skills to be able to run other production machinery and paid accordingly.

Factory shut down over Christmas including 20 days holiday and closed all Bank Holiday.

Automatic enrolment pension available after completion of 3 months service.
