**Experienced Screen Printer**

Paper Bag Company are part of the Rawlings Group: a leading packaging specialist working with a diverse range of clients in the food & drink, health & beauty, and candle glass sectors.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team and bring their expertise to our screen-printing department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment for cotton, canvas, and jute materials.
- Ensure accurate colour matching and quality control throughout the printing process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the printing equipment.
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining a high level of print quality.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as a screen printer.
- Proficient in colour mixing and matching to achieve desired printing results.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality prints.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printing equipment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00**

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
