**Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant for Child with SEN and Behaviour Challenges**

Location**:South Bristol**

Salary**:£90+ per day**

**Tasks**:

- Provide one-on-one support to the student, ensuring they are engaged in learning activities
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop individualized education plans and monitor progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on the student's progress and well-being
- Support the student in reintegrating into the mainstream classroom setting

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children with SEN and behavior challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Relevant qualification in education or related field
