Yorwaste has an exciting opportunity for a Driver to join our team, making a positive impact on waste management while delivering top-notch service in North Yorkshire

As a Driver at Yorwaste, you'll be the face of our operation, ensuring consumer waste and recycling reaches its destination, whether it's a transfer station or waste recovery centre.

Confident driving a 3.5 Ton Box Van, you will be able to demonstrate great customer service, ready to go the extra mile for our customers. You will take responsibility for your vehicle, checking for damage and reporting any vehicle defects and other critical information to maintain our service standards.

Working outside and in a manual environment, this role can be physically demanding. You will be required to handle bulky and sometimes heavy waste materials, lifting on and off the vehicle, therefore a certain level of physical fitness is required.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have a full UK Driving Licence, with no current or historical driving disqualifications.
