**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with mechanical servicing and maintenance of building services equipment across the Client’s sites, demonstrating an understanding of the complexity of the interface between new systems working in parallel with older existing installations, and ensuring the estate remains operationally functional.
- Undertake all tasks in a professional manner, demonstrating the technical knowledge and experience to ensure they are in full compliance with relevant Health & Safety regulations and codes of practice, along with an excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Assist with delivery of planned maintenance and service contract works on his/her annual programmes of work.
- Supporting projects and maintenance activities within occupied building, planning and scheduling maintenance plans and working with Contractors in delivering these works.
- Support with fault finding diagnostics and repairs on all mechanical building services equipment installed within the Client’s estate.
- Support with preventive maintenance for all HVAC, refrigeration systems, heating systems, electrical & mechanical systems.
- Assist with repairs on all refrigeration equipment and troubleshoot on all HVAC equipment.

- Due to health and safety and site requirements this role is for apprentices age 18 and over
- Willingness to learn
- Must commit to attending college 1 day per week and complete all associated NVQ coursework
