**Your next role**

The Council has ambitious plans to reduce the re-let time of vacant properties. This is an important role in helping us ensure that empty homes are turned around quickly, are you up for the challenge?

Supervising a team of multi-trade and multi-skilled operatives, you will be responsible for the delivery of void repairs on Council homes in line with the Council’s re-let standard.

Applicants must have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering expertise in maintenance/repairs, experience in delivering to budgets and a working knowledge of construction related Health and Safety and Planning regulations.

The applicant must hold a current up to date SSSTS or equivalent qualification.

Applicants must hold a current driving licence and have the ability to travel throughout the Borough.
- You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”)._
