**What's in it for me?**
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Inventory Administrator to join our client asap on an ongoing basis.
This vacancy is offered as a remote role, working from home but very occasionally you maybe required to attend the office for meetings.
Hours of work: 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP this is a temporary ongoing role.
**Salary**: £11.45 per hour
**Day to Day Duties**
- Manage a group of suppliers and products, ensuring all targets, policies and procedures are adhered to
- Providing analysis of data for tracking current & future products.
**Essential Skills**
- Understanding of Operations and Inventory
- Microsoft Excel intermediate user - Data lookups and Pivot Tables
- Google Sheets intermediate user - Data lookups, Data import and Pivot Tables, as minimum
- Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for Mail-merge and general mailbox actions
- User interaction to run basic database queries (preferred but training will be provided)
- Ability to cover tasks on an ad-hoc basis for all areas of the team post-training
**Desirable Experience**
- Background with supplier management
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Background in planning or stock control
