Job Description:
As an Assistant New Product Developer at [Your Company Name], you will play a crucial role in the innovation and development of new cosmetic products. Working closely with our product development team, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality and marketable cosmetics. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of cosmetic trends will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in the cosmetics industry.

Analyze market research data to identify potential product opportunities.

Idea Generation:
Collaborate with the product development team to brainstorm and propose new product ideas.

Create concept presentations and mood boards for product inspiration.

Product Development:
Assist in the formulation of cosmetic products, working closely with chemists and formulators.

Conduct stability and performance testing on prototypes.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Project Coordination:
Help coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to bring new products to market.

Track project timelines, ensuring products are developed and launched on schedule.

Cost Analysis:
Work with the NPD manager to analyze the cost of new product development and suggest cost-effective solutions.

Supplier Relations:
Collaborate with external suppliers to source ingredients, packaging, and other components required for product development.

Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all product development activities.

Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and product performance.
