Currently they are expanding their team in Ballymoney and are currently seeking to hire a Senior Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor.

The Job

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Senior HSE Advisor will collaborate with department managers to ensure full compliance at the Ballymoney site and foster a culture aligned with the company's business objectives. Working closely with operational management, they will enhance line management capability and implement best practices in people management through coaching, mentoring, and advising on operational matters.
