Insulation Technician

Insulation Technician / Technical Advisor with previous experience providing technical advice on insulation products or similar work within the insulation industry, or good knowledge and understanding of construction methods, excellent interpersonal and communications skills is required for a home-based role for a well-established industrial manufacturing company.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Insulation Technician / Technical Advisor with previous experience providing technical advice on insulation products or similar work within the insulation industry, or good knowledge and understanding of construction methods, excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

As an Insulation Technician / Technical Advisor you will join a newly created UK insulation division working primarily with a well-respected brand with a strong presence in the market across Europe with 11 manufacturing sites, creating quality focused products in glass wool insulation and XPS insulation.

DUTIES

Your duties as an Insulation Technician / Technical Advisor will include:
Support the companies UK customer base with technical expertise

Deliver training to customers and end-users on product attributes and provide U-value calculations

Respond to technical queries, resolving issues and complaints

Provide support to sales colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Significant technical knowledge in insulation products

A high level of interpersonal and communication skills to build long lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike
