We’re currently recruiting for a part time Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Administrator to work 30 hours per week at our head office site. We also offer working from home two days per week. You will work closely with the Accounts Officer to deliver all aspects of invoicing along with credit control and sales receipts.

This role gives you the opportunity to interact with all areas of the business on a regular basis. The ability to work under pressure and to manage your diary and workload is essential. Strong Sales ledger skills are a key part of this role, along with a solid understanding of Sage and Excel and good communication and accuracy skills are also very important.

Key Responsibilities
- Regular contracted monthly invoicing
- Void clean invoicing & certificates
- One off invoicing
- Sales credits
- Allocation of daily sales receipts
- Customer purchase orders
- Credit control - all processes
- Credit control review monthly with Accounts Officer
- Raise account issues with Accounts Officer and Finance Manager
- Liaise with internal and external contacts

£23,000 per year pro rata salary - £17,253.60 actual

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £17,253.60-£23,000.00 per year
