Are you a driven Building Surveyor looking for a varied workload, healthy work-life balance and long-term career development opportunities?

If so, Moxie People is supporting a well-regarded Housing Association based in Swansea as they look to recruit a customer-focused Building Surveyor to join their property team.

**Your day to day will include -**
- Undertaking surveys and providing work specifications for maintenance or void works.
- Ensuring that all properties meet WHQS and HHSRS compliance.
- Ensure that all property matters conform to current legislation and contract procurement regulations.
- Undertake pre-inspections, post-inspections, emergency inspections and pre-transfer inspections.
- Prepare specifications and gather quotes for work falling outside the schedule of rates process.

**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience in building surveying
- Comprehensive understanding of WHQS and HHSRS
