We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at The Village Inn. As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will work closely with the Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of the bar operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Bar Manager in managing day-to-day bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Train and mentor bar staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and implement new drink ideas and promotions.
- Monitor and maintain bar supplies, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, bar snacks, and glassware, and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of special events, including private parties and themed nights.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a bar or similar establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary certifications required by local regulations.
