An established Conveyancing firm with UK wide coverage, responsible for dealing with a considerable volume of residential property sales and purchases that continues to grow. They are seeking to expand their existing team in East Sussex across several departments.
The firm have a number of specialist teams dealing a range of residential conveyancing transactions relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property.
They have a number of positions available for Case Handlers to join their teams and assist on a variety of transactions at every stage of the process, from initial file opening through to post-completion work, providing support with files, drafting documentsand dealing with clients and third parties.
The position would ideally suit someone with prior experience in the conveyancing sector. However, if you have worked in a legal environment, have legal qualifications or currently work in a regulatory environment and can demonstrate a genuine interest in Conveyancingthere may be opportunities for you within the firm.
You should be used to working within a fast paced team environment be able to take responsibility for your own workload be able to prioritise and be client focused in your approach to your work. Excellent training and support is on hand to ensure that you succeed inyour role with opportunities to progress and develop professionally within the firm.
