Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler with the ambition and desire to undertake corporate level risks? If so, a brand new Corporate Account Handler opportunity has come to market with an established independent insurance brokerage in Manchester City Centre.
THE ROLE:
As Corporate Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of corporate-level insurance business whilst providing a high quality, professional and efficient service at all times.
Key responsibilities for the Corporate Account Handler position will include but are not limited to:

- Working closely with clients to truly understand their requirements, ensuring a quality service is delivered and the requisite level of cover is provided.
- Managing the renewal process on behalf of clients and handling mid-term adjustments.
- Ensuring information is recorded correctly on Acturis.
- Liaising with partner brokers to ensure that insurance placements are coordinated.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- You must be able to demonstrate a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge within the insurance industry in a commercial capacity.
- Will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, in order to secure the best deals for clients.
- Able to develop and maintain solid working relationships with clients and insurers.
- Will be extremely organised and able to manage your workload effectively.
- Experience of using Acturis would be advantageous, albeit not an essential requirement.
