Demand Planner

Demand Planner required for very well established manufacturing business to work closely with the Demand Planning Manager to generate demand plans, control and maintain safety levels and work closely with Procurement and CS teams to ensure continued anduninterrupted stock supply for the business. The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a production planning role and will ideally live within 30 mins commute of BN27 area.

**Main Responsibilities & Duties**

Assist in creating and maintaining Demand plans in SAP

Maintain and regularly review safety levels in SAP

Provide historical usage/sales data sets, reports and analysis for Demand Planning Manager

Review exceptions and error reports in SAP

Deal with stock out issues and liaise with CRT and Sales Teams

Liaise closely with Procurement on monthly non SAP orders, desired delivery times and bringing orders forward if necessary

Deal with day to day enquiries on product availability, shortages etc

Create inter-company orders to move stock into different business entities

Create work orders and production plans

**Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience**

Knowledge / Experience of working in a manufacturing planning environment desired, (but not essential)
Experience of using ERP systems, (desired but not essential) as training will be provided
SAP experience, (desired but not essential)
Strong Excel & mathematical skills
Strong data analytical skills
MRP and BOMs experience
