**Responsibilities**:

- Installation of trickle vents in windows for ventilation enhancement.
- Adjustment of door undercuts on internal doors for improved airflow.
- Core hole drilling for various purposes, such as cable routing or ventilation.
- Conducting site clearance tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Assisting with general joinery tasks and laboring duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman, with specific expertise in joinery and laboring.
- Proficiency in performing tasks such as trickle vent installation, door undercut adjustments, core hole drilling, and site clearance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various project requirements.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
