As a Supervisor in Marketing Delivery you will be responsible for managing our Communications Coordinators, assisting in the scheduling and delivery of customer communications for the Sports and Gaming products.

Marketing Delivery is responsible for outbound marketing communications to our global customers regarding all offers, products and applicable promotions.

To support the growth of the department, we are looking for a Supervisor to manage the workload of our Communication Coordinators, ensuring a wide range of communication methods are utilised to maximise customer engagement. You will maintain a marketingschedule and liaise with other departments to ensure information is provided to meet business deadlines.

You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and concisley, with experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment to meet the expectations of stakeholders. Additionally, you will berequired to implement training and development strategies for our Communications Coordinators and suggest innovative ideas to improve existing departmental processes.

Full training is available for the successful applicant, providing you with knowledge of our Marketing approaches, delivery tools and available products/promotions to enable you successfully oversee the global delivery of our customer communications.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Excellent level of communication skills, both verbal and written, to analyse outbound communications and to provide high-level updates to key stakeholders.
- Operationally minded with the ability to plan, implement and evaluate departmental processes and policy.
- Ability to manage multiple requests at once and be resilient and responsive to change in an environment where workload is determined by the sporting calendar.
- Problem solving skills to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution with escalation to management when necessary.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to delegate and oversee departmental workload using strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring staff utilise their time productively and efficiently.
- Ability to lead, motivate, organise, train and develop individuals in a team environment.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including both pre-planned and ad hoc promotions.
- Checking and maintaining global communication schedules and ensuring Communications Coordinators are adhering to said schedules and sending regulations.
- Liaising with other Marketing teams to ensure content is created and processed in line with agreed deadlines.
- Seeking ways to improve processes by eradicating errors and improving efficiency.
- Working with management to continuously improve and develop departmental standards in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.
