We are pleased to be working with a growing Financial Services firm who's head offices are based in the Warrington area.

They are looking to expand this department by bringing on an experienced Protection Advisor. With leads being provided internally, the conversation rates are currently around 50%, most advisors are arranging an average of 10 policies a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving warm leads from the Mortgage Advisor team
- Taking customers through the Protection journey, providing them with an advised service
- Working with a Whole of Market list of insurers
- Demonstrating excellent understanding of the Protection Industry and products
- Able to use initiative to prioritise tasks and workloads, ensuring customers receive a high level of service from start to finish

**Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years experience working as a Protection Advisor in an advised role.
- Strong sales / completion figures and evidence of these
- Whole of Market experience - understanding of multiple insurers
- Excellent attention to detail and phone manner
