We are looking for a multi
- skilled tradesman with a range of experience within the construction sector. It is vital to our company that the successful applicant shares our vision and working culture. We are a thriving Construction company, covering a variety of projects across the North West and pride ourselves on our high quality work and customer satisfaction. As an employee, you will be expected to carry out a range of works to residential homes, such as: extensions/brickwork, plastering, plumbing, joinery, landscaping, fencing, kitchen & bathroom fitting and more. We stand by our employees and truly believe that 'We work together, better'

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Be organised and able to work to deadlines
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be well presented, punctual and have a friendly attitude
- Have the ability to work under pressure and have a can do attitude
- Be able to finish all works to a high quality 'Squared Construction Standard'

Job Role:

- Assist with or work independently to complete of a range of works/projects
- Report works completed accurately
- Excellent time keeping
- Proactive can do attitude and the ability to problem solve
- Trustworthy
- Ability to prioritse and fulfil work load.

Essential:

- Full, clean driving license

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
