In BS36, there is a 2 form entry Primary School seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis to support Class Teachers with small group interventions.

You will have the opportunity to join a fantastic team of staff who are supportive of one another. You will be able to work closely with the Class Teachers to support the children across KS2 with their Maths, Literacy and Reading.

**The Role**

This role is for someone with prior experience working with children who would like to work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting with children’s academic development.

You will need to provide structure, engaging activities and adapted support to continue making a positive impact on the pupils' achievements through a personalised approach.

You will be expected to:

- Great communication with the Class Teacher.
- Have high expectations for the pupil.
- Have previous experience working with children.
- Be enthusiastic to help the wider school too.
- Use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the pupils needs.

**Working with Long-term Teachers**:

Pay: £91.00-£95.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Frampton Cotterell, Gloucestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
