**JOB TITLE**: Industrial Sprayer

The manufacturing team are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who can think on their feet and provide support to a busy factory floor.

**QUALITIES & ABILITIES**

The role will consist of, but not be limited to the following tasks;
- Paint spraying heavy engineered, industrial metal
- Using and working with paint spraying equipment; two pack paint, pressure pot spray, air assisted painting
- Ensuring accurate and desired finishes for each project
- Overseeing quality of work and visual inspection
- Stripping, fitting and re-building parts and products where necessary
- Work to specific production schedules
- Complete all administrative procedures relating to paint area

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFACTAIONS

No formal engineering qualifications required, experience in a production environment
- desirable
- Proficient in the use of spray equipment and related tools; 2 pack paint and conventional / pressure pot spray systems is essential
- Experience of Fine Finishing
- Knowledge of spray bake booth operations and general maintenance
- Previous experience of using an airless spray equipment
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and masking instructions
- A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas

**HOURS OF WORK**:
7AM - 4PM Monday to Thursday (30 minutes lunch break)

7AM - 1PM Friday (no lunch break)

= 40 hours per week

Or

6AM - 3PM Monday to Thursday (30 minutes lunch break)

6AM - 12PM Friday (no lunch break)

= 40 hours per week

Salary - £12.00 - £13.05per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.47-£13.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
