**The role**:
In this role, you will be supporting the Visual Merchandising team in the execution of campaigns and evergreen.

**What you will do**:

- Be the main contact for stores, concessions and partners to answer questions and solve problems via the vm inbox, the hub, omnichannel meetings and store visits.
- Campaigns - support the team with campaign governance, feedback, collation of store images. Collate campaign wash ups. Research and compile competitor activity.
- Store Information - Conduct a comprehensive audit of all stand alone stores, concessions and partner environments globally. Ensure that all store information is captured and maintained correctly.
- Support the team with admin tasks, to include PO raising and tracking, project tracking and couriers.
- Support the store and third party re-fit programme and new store openings.
- Maintain the mock shop and prop and equipment stocks.

**What you need**:

- Experience of working on microsoft office. Experience of working in a retail environment.
- Travel within UK.
- Passionate about product, brand and retail.
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
- Global outlook, understanding of regional and cultural retail differences and environments.
- Highly organised, motivated and determined individual with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on providing solutions and delivering results.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
