**Position: Lorry Loader Operator **Please be aware, this role will involve nights out, which can sometimes be all week, and therefore applicants must be willing to do this.**

**Location**: Kettering, NN14 4DZ

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage the safe loading and unloading of goods and materials using a lorry loader crane.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and FORS Gold standards.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the lorry loader crane.
- Secure and stabilise loads to prevent any accidents or damages during transportation.
- Collaborate with the transport team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, inspections, and deliveries.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to environmentally friendly practices and sustainable transportation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Lorry Loader Operator in a transport or logistics company.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations, including FORS standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- Good record-keeping skills and the ability to handle documentation accurately.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime.
