We are looking for Shift Managers with at least 1 year of shift management or supervisor experience in quick service or casual dining restaurants to join the fam. They will be part of the team for brand new restaurant which will be opening in **London Bridge** in the coming weeks.

**What does a Butchies Shift Manager do?**
- Prepare our award-winning chicken fresh, in house, daily.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to recreate the fun, street food scene that Butchies started in, through providing great customer service.
- Support the General Manager by maintaining a safe and positive working environment.
- Ensure that only the best quality food leaves our kitchen.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift.
- Support the training and development of crew members.
- Communicating clearly with both the crew and the management team.
- Leading by example and ensuring that food safety and health and safety policies are followed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by engaging with customers and helping their team to do the same.

Pay: £12.80 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
