Operations Director

Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing division are excited to be partnered with a well establish manufacturer, in their search for an Operations Director to join their facility based in East Yorkshire.
The business has grown & expanded significantly, and we are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Operations Director, who is a strong people leader, to continue to drive the business forward.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Drive cost reduction, footprint and operational improvement programmes to achieve maximum operational effectiveness
- Drive a safety culture across the facility
- Drive performance and talent management to maximise performance
- Build strong relationships with suppliers
- Continue to drive a positive culture within the organisation
- Improve the business whilst bringing people along with the changes
- Positively engage and contribute to Senior Leadership / Board discussions
- Ability to problem solve and overcome issues
