This regional firm, rich in heritage dating back many decades, are seeking an **ambitious** **commercial property solicitor** with **aspirations of partnership**, to join their highly successful team, **in Norfolk**.

With offices across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, the firm is seeking an **experienced commercial property solicitor as part of its succession planning.**

This role is a perfect springboard for a commercial property solicitor seeking **a clear route of progression**.

**The Firm**

Despite now exceeding 150 members of staff, this firm has a real close-knit community feel throughout all departments, where things like **flexible working** and **work from home** are commonplace. The firm promotes a health work-life balance, this is well demonstrated by the number of working parents.

The firm houses a vibrant partnership with strong leadership and well-thought-out plans for the future. Everyone has a voice in the firm, it is this approach that has given them an excellent staff retention rate, it is common to find many staff members with over 10 years of service.

Partners are more accessible than in other similar-sized firms, even down to the open-plan seating. This way of working has helped more junior Solicitors to obtain a level of PQE ahead of their years.

**The role**

The role will see you working alongside a longstanding director, now approaching retirement, with a view to taking over the team and an existing high-quality caseload in the short-medium term.

The practice deals with a wide variety of clients, ranging from SMEs, retail, investor, and household names.

The commercial property team consists of a team of five. You will receive a comprehensive handover of directorship from day one, as you take over leadership of the department, with the support of the wider partnership team.
