Supply Chain/purchasing Administrator

Here at **Graham & Brown**, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Supply Chain/Purchasing Administrator** to join the team, **based in Blackburn. **You will join us on a **full-time, permanent basis**. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of** £21,988 to £23,145 per annum.**

As our **Supply Chain/Purchasing Administrator**, you will assist the Supply Chain Manager to undertake a wide range of administration tasks to support the Supply Chain/ Purchasing department. This will include, liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure that product, stock, purchasing, packaging and supplier data is updated and maintained.
**Our Supply Chain/Purchasing Administrator will have the following responsibilities**:
- Expedite purchase orders and send to suppliers
- Update confirmed delivery dates
- Manage a database of 2000+ products
- Liaise with transport companies and freight forwarders
- Create works orders for the Production department
- Collate waste packaging information from suppliers
- Create purchasing and stock reports using Power Bi & Excel
- Maintain pricing agreements
**Experience and skills required by our Supply Chain/Purchasing Administrator**:
- Competent and confident to work with all Microsoft Office apps with strong skills in Excel and ERP systems
- The ability to use Power BI or similar reporting apps
- Previous experience gained in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Process-driven
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work on own initiative
