**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Our Home - Dillington Mews.**
- Dillington Mews is an autism specific supported living service comprising of 6 Individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartments.
- We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants.
- All tenants have an individual support plans, ensuring they are supported in a person-centred way and are promoted to make own choices.
- Each person has their own individual care package of support.

- Promoting personalised choice and options regarding independent living, promoting wellbeing and independence.
- All tenants choose individual activities and staff are matched to the tenant to promote inclusion and personal choice being respected and valued.
- Working closely with families and significant others within the person we support circle of care.
- We offer exceptional training and a professional induction into the service, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to provide tailored support. We will allocate you a “buddy” on your first day, to ensure you have an allocated person to assist in the transition into service.
- Working as part of a team and forming excellent working relationships
