Bar/waiting Staff

We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team at the Airds Hotel & Restaurant. The role involves.
- Greeting guests by name
- Distributing menus
- Memorising menus & having a good understanding of the food & its provenance
- To be able to provide guests with information on the local area
- Serving food & drinks, basic bar work, cocktail making etc
- Setting the restaurant
- Performing duties in a professional and courteous manner
- To follow the provided restaurant manual as a guide to how the restaurant & hotel should operate
- To work as a team
- To work with a 3AA Rosette kitchen team to ensure that standards are met

Full training will be given, which will consist of a full training manual and video on Relais & Chateaux, management support and history on the local area & hotel. There will be monthly appraisals with the management team and we will look to support you in terms of career progression by providing you with qualification opportunities.

**About You**

You should be a courteous and conscientious individual who wishes to further their career in hospitality. You should be punctual, well presented and polite and be willing to learn and adapt to a busy working environment.

At least one years experience in this position is desirable but not essential.
