Hospital Cleaner

**Job Title: Cleaner - Carlisle Hospital**
**Location: Carlisle Hospital**
**Position Type: Part-time, 4 on 4 off rota.**
**Salary: £11.44 per hour**

As a Cleaner at Carlisle Hospital, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various wards within the hospital. This position offers a part-time schedule on a 4 on 4 off rota, with shifts from 4pm to 8pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established procedures and standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to prevent the spread of infection.
- Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer, as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Two employment references within the most recent 3 years.
