We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager with a background in Fin-tech or investment businesses and a strong track record of success in managing data and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managingthe delivery of complex technology and data projects, with a focus on delivering business value and ensuring successful outcomes.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage a portfolio of complex projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Develop and implement delivery strategies, plans, and roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders and teams across the business
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and alignment to project goals
- Provide oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all projects adhere to best practices and methodologies
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and process optimization to improve project delivery and business outcomes

**What experience you'll need**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, business, or finance
- Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager, ideally within the Fin-tech or investment industry, with a track record of delivering complex data and analytics initiatives
- Strong project management skills, with a deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data and analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
