Moody Direct is a leading supplier of process and packaging products and services to the dairy, food, beverage, brewery, food, ice cream, pharmaceutical, chemical and personal care industries in the following areas:

- Capital Equipment and Components - new and pre-owned;
- Machinery spare parts - 24/7 call out;
- Equipment maintenance services - scheduled and ad-hoc, 24/7, and call outs;
- Equipment calibration;
- Projects & Commissioning;
- Heat Exchanger testing, calibration and refurbishment.

**Overview**

**Key Tasks**
- Processing vendor invoices and payment to settlement conclusion
- Reconcile of vendor statements
- Rasing purchase orders
- Processing internal / external post
- Answering telephones
- Assisting with stationary orders
- Assisting with work-wear
- General Ad-hoc duties

**Key Attributes**
- Computer literate;
- Good numeric skills;
- Flexible and adaptable attitude;
- Personable and able to maintain internal, customer and supplier relationships;
- A “Get the job done” approach;
- Approachable and friendly and able to get on well with others
- Excellent at efficiently managing time and workload;

- Reliable with excellent timekeeping

**Formal Qualifications**
- GCSE Grades 9 - 4 in English and Maths

In addition, the Apprentice Accounts Assistant must be prepared to undertake any reasonable requests made to meet the business needs of the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £13,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
