An excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join a client based in Central Bristol, in a nice and vibrant area This is a 12-month fixed term contract, available full time, or part time (3-4 days).

The Learning and Development Manager role:
- You'll be responsible for the design, delivery and project management of learning programmes and related projects.
- Manage, develop, implement, and evaluate core learning programmes.
- Provide learning support to Business Services Departments that will help the firm achieve its ambition and strategic priorities.
- Design and manage individual learning solutions, such as coaching, or follow ups to learning programmes.
- Research, design and deliver innovative learning solutions that meet the learning needs which includes multi-channel and blended learning deliver
- Collaborate and manage relevant areas of the L&D budget.
The ideal Learning and Development Manager:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience managing learning projects
- Strong attention to detail is a must with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT abilities
- Passionate about L&D and delivering excellent learning
- Effective influencer and excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to take a flexible approach and work under pressure
