Job Description Summary

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Market Data Administrator to join our growing Market Data team.

**Job Description**:
Our team is responsible for the strategic management of third party Market Data (external pricing and reference data) and Business Information contracts for the group and manages a budget of £millions/ year. The role will appeal to a motivated and career minded individual keen to develop, that has good attention to details and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate information in the inventory database updating contracts pricing, users and service information- Handle the Market data team mailbox for requests and issues.- Action joiners, movers & leaver requests for user based access- Review user lists for contract renewals- Process and reconciliation of invoices- Exchange declaration- Manage the month end process and recharge

Who are we looking for?- Ideally 2+ years in similar role- MDM- Experience with DACS or other entitlement systems- Market Data Industry knowledge- Advanced Excel skills- Superb communication and documentation skills- Works independently to collate and analyse data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.
