Truflame (Welding Equipment) Ltd have an exciting opportunity to join our team based at their site in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and organised warehouse supervisor.

We supply a number of different industries Globally with welding and industrial equipment.

Stores responsibilities:

- Responsible for data entry and stock movements within computer inventory system to enable accurate stock levels.
- To assist in the management of the warehouse and ensure all KPI'S and standards are met.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Assist in the picking and packing of goods.
- Stock rotation.
- Manage stores/bin locations.
- Receive deliveries.
- Arrange goods to be sent via Fedex, own vehicles or other courier.
- Ensure all items conform to specified requirements.
- Challenging poor standards of supply and return of material.
- Looking for anomalies and eliminating the source errors.
- FLT licence
- To participate in the continuous improvement of the stores department.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping of stores department and yard.

Experience/Skills required:

- Minimum 3-5 years warehousing experience
- Previous experience of leading a team.
- Must be able to positively influence and build good working relationships with people at all levels of the organisation and as a leader, you'll create and maintain a postive team culture and spirit.
- Excellent communication skills including effective listening.
- Good IT skills with Microsft office preferable, computer literate and experience of using ERP systems.
- Good organistional skills to organise and work methodically to manage stores/bin locations.
- A commitment to self-development and team development.
- A knowledge and recognition of Welding equipment is preferred but not essential.
- A flexible and adaptable work ethic.
- A full driving licence
