Summary

The role includes specific responsibility for undertaking the school’s financial, administrative, human resources, health and safety and attendance functions. The post holder will also act as clerk to are governing body committee meetings.
The post is permanent, Grade 7 working 32.5 hours per week term-time only. The post holder may be required to work one or two inset days per year. The post holder will also act as clerk to governing body committees.
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro -rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
- 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent including English and Maths
- A relevant professional qualification or willingness to work towards achieving this (e.g. Certificate of School Business Managers)

Desirable Qualifications

Existing professional qualification (e.g. CSBM or equivalent)Essential Experience
- Working in an administrative or finance role
- Working with members of the public in a customer facing role
- Ability to work as part of a very busy team, showing initiative and always maintaining professionalism.
- Effective, accurate verbal and written communication
- Understand and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to make effective use of ICT

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of SIMS
- Knowledge of FMS
- Working with schools and families
- Experience of HR systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion)
- Experience of managing others
