Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary Administrator to work with our public sector client in Edinburgh

**Location** - Edinburgh
**Rate of pay** - £11.81 per hour
**Hours of work** - Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00
**Duration** - 12 weeks with possible extension
**Immediate start**

**Duties to include**:
- Handling sensitive and personal information in line with appropriate policies and confidentiality guidelines.- Reception and switchboard duties- Maintaining of records- Mail duties- Cash handling- Data input- Working within a team of business support staff dealing with customer's issues and service requests through provision of information, guidance, or progressing requests to wider services.- Using appropriate systems to process service requests or updates for wider services.- General admin duties**Successful applicants must**:

- Have strong experience as an administrator-
- Have excellent time keeping skills- Be honest, trustworthy and punctual- Have good problem solving skills- Note taking experience is desirable
