Our client is an approved automotive dealership located in Halesowen and is looking to grow the team, they require an experienced **Regional Parts Sales Advisor**who can provide a thorough service to customers internally and externally to ensure their automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. This role will be basedat the Halesowen dealership but with the requirement to work at other depots within the region when required to cover holidays. Transport will be provided for this.

**They are looking for you to ideally be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Experience working with Commercial Vehicle parts or in the Motor Trade
- Minimum 1 years' experience
- Display a high level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

**Main duties will be**:

- To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
- Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning
- Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements
- To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods
- To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Parts Sales Advisors.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the parts department.
