**Job description**- The post holder will support the Climate+ Co-Centre - a tri-jurisdictional Co-Centre spanning Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland, funded by Science Foundation Ireland (SFI), UKRI and DAERA, and managed jointly by QUB and Trinity College Dublin. Working closely with the Co-Directors, Executive Director and Co-Centre Manager, the Clerical Officer will play an important role in establishing and providing a professional administrative and secretarial support for the Co-Centre. They will also act as a point of contact for the consortium partners supported by the grant. The post holder will be part of the Co-Centre Operations Team in QUB but will also be expected to work closely with and support the Co-Centre Operations Team in Trinity College Dublin.- Have 4 years’ relevant work experience in an administration/clerical role which should include:

- Providing direct support to senior management level on a range of complex and confidential matters.
- Experience of organising and servicing meetings, to include taking and drafting minutes, preparing reports.
- Working effectively with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Have experience of diary management.
- Have experience of supporting projects within a higher education or research environment.
