Flourish Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant (TA) on a full-time basis in a 1-form entry school in Pershore.

The school is a 1-form entry primary school with a great reputation.

Our client wants to appoint a general Classroom Assistant/ Teaching Assistant (TA), that will involve working with Reception (EYFS) and KS1 (Key Stage 1). The role consists of supporting the class teacher as well as providing 1-to-1 support to class pupils.

The Teaching Assistant (TA) role is beginning from the first week back after the Easter holidays and will carry on until the end of the academic year.

**The Teaching Assistant role (TA)**:

- Support the classroom teacher.
- Be able to support classes ranging from reception through to year2.
- Good curriculum knowledge of Early years (EYFS) and Key Stage 1.
- Building trusting relationships with the pupils.
- Ensure the safety of the children in the class.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Qualified teaching assistant level 2 minimum or equivalent.
- Experience working in Early Year (EYFS) or Key Stage1 (KS1).
- Contact references from all employment in the last 24 months.
- A clear DBS on the update service.
- A passion of working with children.
