**Salary**: £20,000- £24,000
Who are we:
CRA Consulting are a specialist legal / finance recruiter, operating across the UK. About the business:
Our client is a leading regional law firm with offices throughout Yorkshire. A leading multi disciplinary firm, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious conveyancing assistant/paralegal to join a reputable firm of solicitors who are able to offer fantastic training and progression opportunities.

Whilst specific plot sales/new build experience would be advantageous it is not a requirement as full training will be provided.

- Checking searches
- Processing formal mortgage offers
- Sales enquiries
- Referral relationships
- Exchange of contract and legal completion processes
