**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to lead our expansion into the temporary and permanent labour market within the Leeds area.

We embrace individuality and will provide you with the autonomy and freedom to achieve success, in a way that compliments your skills and preferred working approach. You will have the freedom to be creative with your approach without the restrictions of strict cold calling targets.

**This role will involve**:

- Identifying prospective clients and business opportunities through effective and consistent sales activity.
- Consulting, advising on, and selling the most appropriate solution for your clients.
- Negotiation and agreement of commercials on both temporary and permanent opportunities.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of your clients and assignments.
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice

**You will be able to demonstrate**:

- A proven track record in sales and client development activities
- An understanding of recruitment legislation
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate and adapt to suit the audience
- A growth mindset

**In return we will provide you with**:

- A basic salary of £27,000 - £32,000 DOE
