Warehouse Logistics Co-ordinator

We are an established business seeking to recruit a Warehouse Logistics Co-ordinator to work within our Warehouse department. Immediate start is preferred.

You will work at our busy and successful Warehouse (clothing) team in the Enfield area, reporting to Head of Distribution Centre.

The Logistics Co-ordinator role will be responsible for all activities in and out of the distribution centre, ensuring all deliveries are checked and processed correctly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain delivery report of all deliveries in and out
- Notify stores of deliveries out and departments of deliveries in
- Dealing with all couriers and deliveries
- Checking deliveries and notifying the relevant staff or storing them within the agreed timeframes
- Report all damages and failed deliveries
- Ensure vans are loaded on time and accurately
- Ensuring a clean, tidy and safe work environment
- Ensure the DC, as well as yourself, are adhering to all Health & Safety, Quality, Security and Environmental compliance standards

**Key skills**:

- Warehouse experience within a FMCG environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to use own initiative and demonstrate a common sense approach to duties
- Continuously looking for improvements (ideally Lean 5s)
- Computer Literate, intermediate level of Excel
- Good understanding of all H&S issues relevant to a Warehouse environment

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
