We are exclusively partnered with a long-standing client, and well respected market leading business within the international healthcare sector, on the search for a new Commercial Manager to join their business.

**The Business**

Our client have experienced sustained commercial growth in recent years, and as they continue to expand, they are looking to add further capability in this area of the business. The Commercial Manager role is the final piece of the jigsaw, and will playa vital role within the business, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders with a focus on maximising revenue capability and driving top-line growth.

**The Role**

The Commercial Manager position is a newly created role to focus on account managing a core set of clients across a few key different areas of business, ensuring service levels are adhered to and negotiating commercial terms on key projects. Whilst the businesshave a strong existing customer base, there will also be the need for the Commercial Manager to network across the industry to drive and build new, long-term commercial partnerships.

The Commercial Manager will also work closely with key internal teams to ensure a collaborative sales approach is in place and you will have involvement in training and upskilling the sales admin team to have more a sales focused approach.
- A commercially minded Sales professional with a good track-record of delivering strong sales performance.
- Degree qualified - ideally in either a Business / Economics related field.
- Strategic sales approach, with the ability to build long-term commercial partnerships
- Able to drive new business development activity and build new relationships
- Have previous experience or an interest in building a career within the international healthcare sector.
- Places personal value on working in a collaborative manner as part of a team of diverse individuals.
