**About the Job**
We are looking for a Despatch Administrator to join our team Working across four brands the role will require you to administrate the shipping requirements for various B2B & B2C clients. You will be working with our courier partners to make sure shipments leave us in a timely fashion and via the appropriate methods. You will be working with small, freight and palletised shipments.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure health and safety/environmental standards are always adhered to.
- Ensure that your work area and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Agree and adhere to output packing targets with your supervisor.
- Share knowledge with other Team Members in the implementation of process improvements.
- To work with various courier management systems to book, track and manage shipments.
- Produce POD and dispatch information on request.
- To advise and monitor package quality and suggest packing improvements to the team.
- Working with the office team in tracking and resolving shipping issues.
- You will be comfortable working as part of a team but be able to work independently as well.
- Working with the packing team between 8.00 - 10.00am to push work through the department.
- Ensure that you recycle all waste in the correct waste streams.
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in administration and using core Microsoft office programmes.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
- Can work under and without supervision.
