**The role of Warehouse Operative**:

- Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse
- Customer order picking
- Shrink wrapping
- Working in a team
- General warehouse duties
- Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail
- Opportunities to upskill to counterbalance
- Heavy Lifting Involved
- Will involve lifting upwards of 68kg, due to it being sofas. It can be anything from a 2 person lift up to a 6 person lift depending on weight
